Emergency management system and capacity of large hydropower enterprises

Abstract:

The purposes of this paper were as follows: to improve the ability to prevent and deal with all kinds of emergencies, to prevent and reduce emergencies and their resulting casualties, property losses and social impacts to the maximum extent and to maintain the sustainable stability, safety and green development of large-scale hydropower enterprises. First of all, the hidden danger aware network should be improved, emergency risk assessment warning indicators should be established, and the abilities to perceive emergencies, analyze studies and forecast warning emergencies should be improved. Second, the emergency command organization system should be optimized. An emergency command platform should be built. A high level of intelligent emergency command management should be developed by using information technologies. At last, professional emergency rescue teams should be built and emergency supply equipment should be provided to improve abilities to deal with emergencies. It turns out that through applying emergency management system and implementing modernization construction, enterprises can further identify safety production primary responsibility and they can improve their emergency management abilities and their emergency rescue abilities. This paper also helps enterprises to prevent and deal with all kinds of emergencies effectively, reduce the losses caused by emergencies, as well as provide a solid guarantee for safe production.
