Experimental research on self-adaptive break schedule for human-computer interactive VDT continuous operation

摘要: 为提高人机交互型视觉显示终端(VDT)持续作业的绩效和可靠性,利用试验方法,研究工间休息制度。通过作业特征分析,设计作业疲劳评价指标体系和心算试验;应用模糊统计方法,结合最小模糊熵原理,确定并优化疲劳模糊子集在时间论域上的隶属函数;构建模糊综合评价模型评估绩效时间拐点的作业疲劳值,结合任务难度相对系数确定绩效时间拐点的作业总负荷值;最后通过对比试验检验方法的有效性。结果表明:用模糊综合评价模型能有效测评作业疲劳,作业者仅需主观评价任务难度相对系数就能自主决策是否进入工间休息,方法操作简单,对作业干扰小。

Abstract: To improve the performance and reliability of VDT continuous operation , a break schedule was studied by carrying out experiments. A fatigue evaluation index system and mental arithmetic experiments were designed after analyzing operation characteristics. Membership functions of fatigue were put forward based on fuzzy statistics and minimum fuzzy entropy, and a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was built for getting the operation fatigue evaluation value of time inflection point. The results show that the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is suitable for human-computer interactive VDT continuous operation fatigue evaluation, and the self-adaptive break schedule is easy to operate and has little interference to the job.
