采煤机滚筒参数优化及其对摇臂安全使用性能影响

Multi objective optimization of shearer drum parametersand its influence on strength of rocker arm

摘要: 为降低采煤机滚筒工作时的截割比能耗和载荷波动,以提高采煤机安全使用性能,优化设计采煤机滚筒直径、叶片螺旋升角以及滚筒截深等参数。通过建立优化目标函数和约束条件,以改进的遗传算法为优化问题的求解算法,对采煤机滚筒参数进行多目标优化;使用有限元软件和疲劳寿命分析模块分析优化前后采煤机摇臂的应力分布和疲劳寿命循环次数,分析优化前后滚筒工作载荷对采煤机摇臂安全使用性能的影响。研究表明:优化后的采煤机滚筒比能耗值指标平均降低45.6%,载荷波动系数指标平均降低1.3%;优化后的摇臂壳体应力极值相比优化前的极值降低12.34%,滚筒参数优化后,滚筒载荷波动被降低,从而使摇臂壳体应力同步降低,低于设计的安全许用应力;臂壳体各薄弱点的疲劳寿命循环次数满足采煤机设计的使用寿命要求;滚筒参数优化改善了采煤机摇臂的安全使用性能。

Abstract: In order to reduce the cutting ratio of cutting ratio and load fluctuation in the working of the shearer drum,and improve the safety performance of the shearer,the parameters of the diameter of the shearer drum,the spiral angle of the blade and the cutting depth of the drum were optimized.Through the optimization of the objective function and the constraint conditions,the improved genetic algorithm was used to solve the optimization problem,and the parameters of the shearer drum were optimized.The stress distribution and fatigue life cycle times of the shearer's rocker arm before and after the optimization as well as the influence of working load of drum on safety performance of shearer rocker arm before and after the optimization were analyzed by using the finite element software and the fatigue life analysis module.The study shows that the optimized shearer drum has an average reduction of 45.6% in specific energy consumption and an average of 1.3% in the load fluctuation index,and the maximum stress value of the shell of the rocker shell is reduced by 12.34% compared with the extreme value before the optimization,and that optimization of drum parameters improves the safety performance of shearer rocker.
