基于图像处理的轮轴探伤系统对铁路安全的控制研究

Research on safety foundation control of wheel shaft flaw detection system based on image processing

摘要: 为加强图像识别处理技术与铁路装备造修设备技术融合、提高铁路安全控制水平,首先指出控制机车车辆轮轴的造修安全是关键,保障操作者职业健康也是安全工作的重要目的;然后着重研究基于图像处理技术的轮轴磁粉探伤系统的工作机制,对比分析现场试验数据与历史数据。结果表明:基于图像处理的轮轴探伤系统不仅可以提升装备质量、有效控制铁路运行安全,而且缩短操作者在职业健康安全风险源中的接触时间,有效保护操作者职业健康。

Abstract: In order to strengthen the fusion of image recognition and processing technology with railway equipment manufacturing equipment and improve the level of railway safety control, it is pointed out that the key to control the safety of the axle of the locomotive is the key to ensure the professional health of the operator and the important purpose of safety work. The working mechanism of the system was compared and analyzed with field test data and historical data. The results show that the axle detection system based on image processing can not only improve the quality of the equipment, effectively control the safety of the railway operation, but also shorten the contact time of the operator in the occupational health and safety risk source, and effectively protect the professional health of the operator.
