基于事故统计分析的牵引供电系统运行安全研究*

摘要: 为提高牵引供电专业管理水平,保障牵引供电系统的运行安全,基于事故统计分析方法并结合牵引供电专业特点,以牵引供电事故时间、地点、影响、原因、责任等关键项点为基础建立数据库,从不同维度进行定性分析,总结牵引供电事故的趋势和规律,找到影响牵引供电系统运行安全的主要因素并提出针对性建议。结果表明:牵引供电事故近年来呈不断下降趋势;牵引供电系统的运行安全受外部环境影响较大;接触网倒杆、断线、塌网事故多发且影响较大。

Abstract: In order to improve professional management of traction power supply and ensure operational safety of traction power supply system, database was established based onkey items like time, location, impact, cause and responsibility of traction power supply accidents by using statistical analysis methodand considering characteristics of traction power supply. Then qualitative analysis was carried out from different dimensions,trend and law of accidents were summarized,main factors affecting system's operational safety were found and suggestions proposed.The results show that accidents have been declining in recent years. The system's operation safetyis greatly affected byexternal environment. Accidents caused by overturning rod, breaking line and collapse of catenary are more frequent and have a greater impact.
