公路隧道结构健康监测系统设计与实施

Design and implementation of SHM system for highway tunnels

摘要:

为减少山岭公路隧道结构运营期病害的发生,提高运营管理水平和降低养护成本,利用结构健康监测(SHM)和自动化监测技术,研发山岭公路隧道运营期结构健康自动化监测系统;该系统采用C系列编程语言、C/S结构和4层架构体系,构建系统整体框架、核心子系统及各项功能;在怀阳高速公路长安隧道开展试验,验证该系统的适用性与有效性。结果表明:该系统可实时采集、整编及存储多类传感器的监测数据,能够分析处理数据(如曲线图分析、超限监测及预警预报等)、测点与CAD图关联、综合评价隧道结构健康状况,并自动生成报表。

Abstract:

In order to reduce structural damages of mountain highway tunnels during operation, to improve operation management and reduce maintenance costs, a structural health monitoring system for the tunnel was developed by utilizing SHM and automatic monitoring technology. Then, overall system framework, core subsystems and various functions were established by adopting C series programming language, C/S structure and 4-layer architecture system. Finally, experiments were conducted in Chang'an tunnel of Huaiyang expressway to verify applicability and effectiveness of the system. The results show that the proposed system can collect, organize and store monitoring data of various types of sensors in real time, analyze and process data (such as curve analysis, over-limit monitoring and early warning and forecasting, etc.), correlate measurement points with CAD drawings, and comprehensively evaluate tunnel structural health and generate reports automatically.
