Multidirectional ring network structure with one-way ring and its fault probability calculation

Abstract: The tree topology is a special case of the network topology,that is,the SFT is a special form of the SFN.In order to study the relationships between system reliability and influencing factors,the tree representation of system structure in SFT theory is changed to network representation and SFN is established.The properties,basic structure of SFN and its transformation method to SFT are given.The SFN structure includes the general network structure,the multidirectional ring network structure and the multidirectional ring network structure with a unidirectional ring.Because of the particularity of unidirectional ring network structure,it has the characteristics of the cycle linkage fault and is unable to form a SFN alone.Therefore,unidirectional ring network structure is added to the multidirectional ring network structure to form a multidirectional ring network structure with a unidirectional ring.This paper focuses on the representation of the multidirectional ring network structure with a unidirectional ring and the method for calculating its fault probability.The results show that the constructed SFN can handle the fault process with network structure,and that SFN can be transformed into SFT,and then the SFT's existing theoretical method is used to complete the fault process analysis.
