Abstract:

In order to ensure construction safety and driving safety, taking a municipal tunnel passing through a busy railway project with 13 tracks as an example, a safety monitoring system was established to obtain measured data, and then a vehicle-bridge coupling dynamics model was constructed. The safety of the beam and train under the various working conditions were studied through the measured data and simulated data. The results show that the vehicle-bridge coupling model has certain reliability, and the track irregularity has a great impact on the safety of the beam and the train. The wheel load reduction rate increases with the increase of the vehicle speed. The web stress increases, the stability of the beam decreases, and the load reduction rate of the wheel increases when the train passes through the curve. The influence of the additional deformation of temperature on the structure safety is small, but the temperature stress cannot be ignored. During the construction period, the track smoothness is measured, and the D-type beam is passed at an appropriate speed to ensure driving safety. The inclined rods and limit devices are arranged to ensure structural stability.
