Prevention mechanism of occupational safety risks of investigators

Abstract

Abstract:

In order to improve investigators' capabilities in preventing occupational safety risks and to innovate prevention mechanism which adapted to laws of criminal investigation, with manifestation of occupational safety risks of investigators as a starting point for research, influencing factors of their safety risks were analyzed from aspects of individuals and environment. Then, relationship between occupational safety risks prevention links and prevention mechanism was analyzed, and types and stages of the links were analyzed. Furthermore, basic elements and operation relationship of occupational safety risks prevention mechanism were put forward. The results show that there are many kinds of such safety risks for investigators, and they are mostly affected by human and environment factors. Moreover, prevention links are also part of prevention mechanism, and the dynamic combination between basic elements and operation relationship is regarded as a core issue to establish risks prevention mechanism.

8	外部介入型风险	暴力反抗类	嫌疑人暴力手段拒捕、逃脱,致使侦查人员在追捕、制服过程中受伤
9		干涉侦查活动类	案件办理中,利益相关人暴力阻挠侦查活动,对侦查人员造成伤害
10		报复伤害类	案件办理后,利益相关人伺机报复、伤害侦查人员
11		动物侵袭类	入户调查、野外搜查过程中遭受犬类袭击、猛兽侵袭、昆虫蜇咬等
12	多因诱导型风险	环境陌生类	不慎进入危房、危险地形后防备不足,踩空、滑落、跌倒、坠落等
13		行为受限类	气候、光线等条件差,行为受限,铤而走险以完成侦查任务
14		概率提增类	①驾驶追捕速度过快引起交通事故;②为及时挽损,深入危险环境
15		职业行为影响类	①视频侦查员长期工作,引起眼疾甚至失明;②外出跟踪、调查人员饮食、作息长期不规律,引发多种疾病
