Abstract:

In order to improve the efficiency of emergency material dispatching under emergencies, standardize the behavior of all parties in the process of emergency material dispatching. Firstly, the problems of information island and rent-seeking in traditional material dispatching are pointed out, and the application value of blockchain Fabric in emergency material dispatching is analyzed. Secondly, a set of operation mode of emergency supplies based on privacy technologies such as intelligent contracts and consensus mechanisms is constructed to describe the specific operation in four links of emergency supplies reserve, transportation, donation and supervision. Finally, the functional elements of service layer and information collection layer are analyzed, and the implementation path of the operation mode is expounded from three dimensions of human-computer interaction, human-computer interaction and machine-computer interaction. The results show that compared with the traditional emergency material dispatching mode, the emergency material dispatching mode based on Fabric is more scientific and reasonable, and the emergency material information in the dispatching process is always in an open and transparent state.
