摘要/Abstract

摘要： 为优化建设管理,预防事故发生,以铁路工程建设管理行为对质量安全事故发生原因的影响为研究对象,运用事故致因理论,在铁路工程典型统计分析的成果的基础上,研究分析铁路建设管理行为缺陷如何影响安全事故致因,得到相关管理行为与安全事故致因的关联程度。结果表明:管理组织模式、投资控制、日常安全管理、事故处理等与事故发生关联度较大,应重点关注。

Abstract: In order to optimize the construction and management and prevent accidents, taking railway engineering construction management behavior′s influence on the quality safety accident reasons as the research subject, using the theory of the accident cause, on the basis of typical statistical analysis on the railway engineering, how railway construction management behavior defects affect the causes of accidents was studied and analyzed and the correlation degree between management behavior and the causes of the safety accidents was determined. The results show that the management organization model, investment control, daily safety management and accident treatment are closely related to the accident and more attention should be paid to them.
