浅谈高铁变形监测内容与铁路运营安全的关系*

摘要: 为设定高铁变形监测内容,精准捕捉施工对高铁桥梁墩台的影响数据,分析高铁变形监测各监测项的关联变化对整体数据变化趋势的影响,研究高铁变形监测与铁路安全运营的关系,并以案例验证分析结果。结果表明:高铁变形监测能够在数据层面反应现场施工对铁路构筑物的影响变化,为突发情况提供整改依据,为铁路管理部门监管提供风险预警和趋势判断;大型的高铁营业线施工会对高铁桥梁墩台甚至轨面造成一定量的变形,铁路监管部门可利用监测数据,更好地把控高铁营业线施工的工程质量,避免影响高铁运营安全的事故发生。

Abstract: In order to set the content of the high-speed rail deformation monitoring, the influence data of the construction on high bridge pier iron was captured accurately. The influence of correlation change of each monitoring item on the overall data change trend of high-speed rail deformation monitoring was analyzed. The relationship between high-speed railway deformation monitoring and railway safety operation was studied. And the analysis was verified by cases. The results show that high-speed rail deformation monitoring can respond to the changes of railway structures on the data side. It can also provide the rectification basis for emergency, and provide risk pre-warning and trend judgment for the supervision of railway management departments. The construction of the large high-speed rail line can cause a certain amount of deformation to the high-speed rail bridge piers, even to the rail surface. The railway regulatory authorities can use the monitoring data to control the quality of the construction of the high-speed rail line better to avoid accidents that affect the safety of high-speed rail operations.
