铁路规划与设计生态风险评价指标体系研究

Research on index system of ecological risk assessment for railway planning and design

摘要: 为预防铁路规划实施后可能产生的生态环境风险,维护生态系统安全,选取铁路规划与设计影响范围内的重要环境敏感区、相关规划、水土流失与资源损失等3项环境风险源作为指标,运用对比分析法和综合指数法,预测和评价生态风险发生的潜在可能性,判断铁路网规模和布局方案的生态环境合理性。结果表明:铁路规划实施后潜在生态风险略高于建设前,对潜在风险贡献最大的是水土流失造成的生态风险;铁路建设切割多种生态景观,也增加了沿线生态多样性风险及景观生态风险。

Abstract: In order to prevent the risk of ecological environment arising from the implementation of railway planning and maintain the safety of the ecosystem, the important environmental sensitive areas in the influence of railway planning and design were selected, such as related planning, soil erosion and other environmental resource loss. The methods of comparative analysis and comprehensive index were used to predict and evaluate the potential of ecological risk, and to estimate the preliminary judgment of the scale of the railway network and layout scheme of ecological environment rationality. The results show that, after the implementation of railway planning, the potential ecological risk is slightly higher. The greatest contribution to potential risk is the ecological risk caused by soil erosion. And the risk of ecological diversity and landscape ecological risk are increased along the line, because the railway construction cuts various ecological landscapes.
