Evaluation of comprehensive safety capability of refining contractor

Abstract: In order to evaluate of comprehensive safety capability of refining contractors,a systematic management approach and uses a maturity-based model to develop a software that constitutes a comprehensive safety capability evaluation system of refinery contractors was established and two calculation methods were worked out.The system contains 10 primary indicators,60 secondary indicators and 231 inspection items.A software was developed for evaluating the capability and applied to a certain petrochemical enterprise in China.The results indicate that the overall evaluation system can objectively,comprehensively and accurately assesses safety capability of a contractor,achieving the goal of online evaluation,automatic result comparison and dynamic warning.
