Abstract: In order to prevent passenger accidents and ensure passenger flow safety, AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model are used to study passenger flow safety situation.Firstly, frequently occurring passenger safe issues were analyzed, all kinds of influencing factors were summarize, and an index system was constructed. Then AHP was used together with experts consulting to determine index weight, and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methodwas applied to construct the model, determining the membership function and then getting the final result. Finally, with Guangzhou Railway Station as an example, evaluation results of its passenger safety was obtained analyze andsome suggestion for better safety management was put forward. This results show that this model can provide objective evaluation on passenger safety from perspectives of staff quality, equipment safety, operation environment and emergency rescue, thus helping improving passenger safety management in railway stations.
