基于DORATASK法的标准作业负荷评估模型

Standard operational workload assessment model based on DORATASK method

摘要: 为了预防标准作业制度下工人超负荷作业,基于DORATASK方法构建工序标准作业负荷评估模型。综合考虑工作效率和人因工程双因素,提出以时间占用率为主衡量指标、以能量代谢率为修正因子的工作负荷评估量化模型;结合虚拟仿真技术,设计模型求解流程;以某发动机输油件制造企业的标准作业为例,应用上述模型,并进行仿真分析。研究表明:该模型可以量化工作负荷,准确地反映标准作业制度下工人的作业负荷状态;负荷评估能够为优化工序标准作业提供反馈,使标准作业制度兼顾效率性与安全性,进而从制度设计角度保障全体工人的职业健康安全。

Abstract: In order to prevent workers from overload under standard operating system, a process standard operational workload evaluation model was constructed based on DORATASK method. Considering both efficiency and ergonomics, a workload assessment model was proposed with time occupancy rate as main measurement index and energy metabolism rate as a modified factor. Then, a model solving process was designed by employing virtual simulation technology. Finally, this model was applied in standard operation case of an engine oil part manufacturing company for simulation analysis. The results show that the model can quantify workload and accurately reflect workload state of workers under standard operation procedure. Workload evaluation can provide a basis for optimizing standard operation system which keeps a balance between efficiency and safety, and therefore, through system design, occupational health and safety of all workers can be protected.
