Development and practice of training pattern for construction safety professionals

摘要:

为提高建筑安全专业人才培养质量,探索高素质技术技能人才培养模式,结合建筑产业现代化对人才培养的新需求,分析并解决当前建筑安全专业人才培养存在的问题;以学生为主体,构建实训、实践平台,产教、产学、研训协同,实现从知识传授、技能提升、价值塑造到引领创新的四步进阶;构建新的建筑安全专业人才培养模式,并评价其实践效果。结果表明:通过构建满足企业所需的建筑安全课程体系,培养工匠型双师团队,创新实训实践平台,产教融合、协同创新,有助于实现建筑安全专业技术技能型人才培养的增值。

Abstract:

In order to improve education quality of construction safety professionals, and to explore training mode of high-quality technical and skilled talents, existing problems in current training mode were analyzed for possible solutions considering new demands of construction industry modernization. Then, a student-centered practical training platform was built, and industry-education collaboration, industry-academia collaboration and research and training integration were carried out to achieve four-step development from transferring knowledge, improving skill, shaping value to leading innovation. Finally, a new educational model for construction safety talents was established, and its application effect was analyzed. The results show that by developing a suitable curriculum system which meets demands of enterprises to cultivate a craftsman-type double-qualified team, innovate a practical training practice platform, integrate production and education, and achieve collaborative innovation, it can add value to the training of technical and skilled personnel in construction safety sciences.
