Abstract:

In order to improve the behavioral safety control of employees in coal mines and make them operate in strict accordance with standard operation procedures, some control methods were adopted. These methods included implementing standard operation procedures of the post, applying graded score control of unsafe behaviors, and supervising high-risk operations. In addition, all the above methods were incorporated into performance appraisal, and a behavioral safety control system for employees was proposed. The results show that standard work orders for the operation procedure of the post should be compiled, and they need to cover various operation procedures, standards, existing risks, and safety measures in coal mines. Furthermore, standards used to guide employees in their operations need to be developed. As a result, the operation of employees in coal mines can be standardized. In addition, all managers can participate in safety management by adopting a graded score system to control the unsafe behavior of employees. The information system can be used to supervise and manage high-risk operations. Finally, the whole process management of operation reporting, supervisory personnel allocation, operation process control, and assessment of measure implementation can be achieved. The above methods are incorporated into performance appraisal, which can ensure their implementation.
