Abstract:

In order to effectively improve the safety risk management and control performance of coal mines, according to the risk management and control process from the two aspects of process and result, an assessment index system for safety performance in relation to coal mines was established. Using the G1 method and entropy weight method, combined with the set pair analysis method, a coal mine safety performance assessment model based on the five-element connection number was construct, and a static and dynamic coal mine safety performance evaluation and prediction method were proposed. The results show that the assessment model effectively compensates for the problems existing in the performance assessment of the accident-only theory, which has certain rationality and feasibility. In addition, the method realizes static assessment and dynamic prediction, and proposes corresponding improvement strategies for the assessment results, which is of certain significance for the stable operation of coal mine safety management.
