CTCS-3级列控系统功能测试方法分析*

摘要: CTCS-3级列控系统首次实现通过无线通信方式对长大距离范围内时速350 km列车的安全可靠运行控制,由于系统结构复杂,集成度高,沿用既有测试方法已不能满足安全需求。信号系统以前通常的测试方法,是从系统功能中选择一些关键功能编制测试表进行测试,具有随机性,可能无法做到完整性测试。通过分析,提出新的列控系统功能测试方法,即提取列控系统功能特性,规划设计测试案例,并逐项检查列控系统在各种场景、工作模式下的运行状态和运行结果。研究表明:新方法降低了测试的复杂程度,提高了试验方式的科学性、试验内容的完整性和试验数据和结论的严密性。

Abstract: For the first time, the safe and reliable operation control of 350 km/h train in long distance by wireless communication were realized with the help of CTCS-3 train control system. Because of the complex structure and high integration of the system, the existing test methods can not meet the safety requirements. The usual testing method of signal system before was to select some key functions from the system functions and compile test tables for testing, which was random and may not be able to achieve integrity testing. Based on the analysis, a new test method of train control system function was put forward, that is, extracting the function characteristics of train control system, designing and planning test cases, and checking the running status and results of train control system in various scenarios and working modes one by one. It shows that it reduces the complexity of the test and improves the scientificity of the test method, the integrity of the test content and the rigor of the test data and conclusions.
