Research on optimal operation speed evaluation of China′s high speed railway based on safety

Abstract: In order to avoid accidents effectively, the optimal operation speed of high-speed railway based on safety should be scientifically evaluated. On the basis of the analysis of the speed target value of China′s high speed railway, from four aspects of personnel, vehicle, track and environment, the speed evaluation model of high speed railway operation was set up, and the AHP was used to analyze the operating speed. Finally, taking Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway as an example, the safety based on the optimal operation speed was analyzed, and the effectiveness of the comprehensive evaluation model of high-speed railway safety operation speed was verified. The results show that the optimal operating speed of China′s high-speed rail was 300-350 km/h.
