矿岩接触带巷道顶板变形问题研究

Study on deformation of roof of ore rock contact zone roadway

摘要: 为研究矿岩接触带巷道顶板变形对接触带巷道稳定性的影响,以大冶铁矿矿岩接触带巷道为研究对象,通过力学分析,建立接触带巷道顶板力学模型,推导接触带巷道顶板岩梁挠度表达式;运用FLAC3D数值模拟软件,模拟接触带巷道顶板应力分布和沉降量的变化情况;通过现场监测试验,分析接触带巷道矿岩两侧顶板累积沉降量和沉降速率的变化规律。研究表明:接触带巷道两帮应力局部集中,顶底板存在卸压现象,且顶板应力在接触带处出现波动跳跃;巷道顶板沉降显著,但位移云图变化平稳,位移影响区范围为沿巷道方向接触带前后5.00m左右;接触带巷道铁矿侧顶板累积沉降量和沉降速率均比大理岩侧小;接触带巷道大理岩侧顶板沉降速率先增大后减小,铁矿侧顶板沉降速率先增大后减小再增大再减小。

Abstract: In order to analyze the influence of roadway roof deformation on the stability of contact roadway,taking the contact roadway in Daye iron mine as the research object,a mechanical model of the roof of contact roadway was established based on mechanical analysis,and the expression of the disturbance of rock beam of the roof of contact roadway was deduced.By using FLAC3D software,the stress distribution and settlement amount of the roof of the contact zone roadway were analyzed,based on the field monitoring test,the accumulative settlement and settlement rate of the roof on both sides of the roadway in the contact zone were further analyzed.Research shows that the two groups of stress in the ore rock contact zone are concentrated locally,the roof and floor have the phenomenon of unloading,and the roof stress jumps fluctuatly in the contact zone.The roof subsidence of roadway is obvious,but the change of displacement nephogram is stable,and the range of displacement influence area is about 5.00 m around the contact band.The cumulative settlement and settlement rate of the side roof of the contact roadway iron ore are all smaller than those of the marble side.The settlement rate of the side roof of marble increases first and then decreases,and the deposition rate of the side roof of iron mine first increases,then decreases,then increases and then decreases.
