矿工反生产行为影响因素系统动力学仿真研究

Simulation of factors influencing miners' counterproductive workplace behavior based on system dynamics

摘要: 为遏制矿工反生产行为,基于组织行为学理论,采用系统动力学(SD)方法,构建矿工反生产行为影响因素SD模型。借助Vensim软件模拟矿工个体、群体、组织和管理因素对矿工反生产行为的动态影响,模拟矿工反生产行为的动态演化过程,并加以验证。结果表明:工作倦怠水平、安全监管水平对矿工反生产行为有明显促进作用,安全激励水平、示范性规范水平、安全文化建设水平和组织氛围活性水平对矿工反生产行为有明显抑制作用;系统各影响因素对矿工反生产行为的作用效果、作用时间均存在差异;在各影响因素的共同作用下,矿工反生产行为演化过程呈现出阶段性特征;安全监管、示范性规范和安全文化建设是煤炭企业安全管理的重要手段。

Abstract: In order to curb the counterproductive workplace behavior of miners,based on the theory of organizational behavior,SD method was used to build a system model of miners' counterproductive behavior factors.Vensim software was used to simulate the dynamic effects of miners' individual,population,organization and management factors on miners' counterproductive behavior,simulating the miners' counterproductive behavior evolution process.The results show that both the job burnout and safety supervision have an obvious promoting effect on the counterproductive workplace behavior,security motivation,exemplary norms,safety specification construction and organizational culture activity have an obvious inhibitory effect on the counterproductive workplace behavior,there are differences between the factors in the effect and the action time,in the interaction of various factors,the evolution of the miners counterproductive behavior presents stage characteristics,safety supervision,model specification and the safety culture construction are an important means of safety management of coal enterprises.
