一流“学科+专业”下安全工程多元人才培养研究*

Research on first class "discipline + specialty" driving multiple talent training for safety engineering

摘要: 为实现一流学科促进一流专业、一流专业反哺一流学科的建设目标,构建“学科+专业”双驱动牵引下安全工程多元人才培养体系。首先,分析我国安全工程专业建设在课程体系、人才培养机制、教学模式等方面存在的问题,结合“双一流”建设要求确立安全工程“学科+专业”协调发展机制;然后,通过构建多学科牵引的“安全+”模块化课程体系,基于平台与师资共享、知识体系互补建立“学科+专业”融合机制,基于以学生为中心的教学理念构建四位一体的循环教学模式;最后,以山东科技大学安全工程专业人才培养为例实施验证。结果表明:在“学科+专业”双驱动牵引下,构建安全工程多元人才培养体系可增强学生的创新能力,提升教师的教学水平。

Abstract: In order to achieve goal of first-class discipline promoting first-class specialty and first-class specialty feeding back first-class discipline, "discipline + specialty" double driving multiple talent training system was constructed. Firstly, problems in curriculum system, personnel training mechanism and teaching mode of safety engineering specialty construction in China were analyzed,combined with requirements of "double first class" construction, coordinated development mechanism of "discipline + specialty" of safety engineering was established. Then, based on platform and teachers sharing and knowledge system complementary, integration mechanism of "discipline + specialty" was established by constructing a multi-disciplinary traction "safety +" modular curriculum system. Further, the four in one cycle teaching mode was constructed based on the student-centered basic teaching concept. Finally, research method was implemented and verified by taking Shandong University of science and technology as an example. The research results show that under dual drive of "discipline + specialty", construction of a multi-personnel training system for safety engineering can enhance students' innovation ability and improve teachers' teaching level.
