Abstract: High-speed railway equipment is placed in public places, it will be affected by the natural environment and social environment inevitably. In addition to wind, rain, snow and geological disasters and other external force majeure factors, high-speed railway external environment problems caused by the legacy of high-speed rail before operation, external human factor, real-time monitoring is not in place and other factors impact on the safety of high-speed railway operation increasingly. According to the summary analysis of the external environment problems about multiple high-speed rail in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region during the operation, combining with the site disposal of high-speed railway external environment problem, it detailed problem causes. It is suggested to further integrate the external environmental management resources of high-speed railway, improve the related management mode to reduce the influence of external environment problems on the operation safety of high-speed railway.
