    In order to effectively address mismatch between safety talent training program and standards of registered safety engineers, a connection model of two standards in safety engineering professional certification and a complex safety engineering problem model were established by Safety Professional Certification Committee of China Engineering Education Accreditation Association based on solid investigation and research at home and abroad. Then, knowledge, capability and quality requirements of registered safety engineers were applied to match with curriculum system of training program. The results show that the two standard connection model perfectly matches training objectives, training programs and graduation requirements of safety engineering talents in colleges and universities with ability and quality requirements for certified safety engineers to solve complex engineering problems. It can promote improvement of teaching mode in safety engineering specialty in colleges and universities, thus making it better to satisfy social needs.

    In order to fill the blank in basic theory of safety complexity discipline and develop safety complexity science, historical analysis method, reasoning method, induction method, theoretical modeling method and prediction method were employed in this paper for theoretical research. Hot issues for safety research in the future were predicted, four ways to judge safety complex problems were put forward, and eight basic principles to be followed in safety complexity studies were given. Then, five core concepts and nine basic definitions of safety complexity, and nine typical methods of such research were summarized. A general model and super logic structure diagram which could be used to express safety complexity system were constructed, and five controlling strategies were proposed. Finally, branches of the discipline were put forward from eight perspectives. These results show great significance to development of safety complexity science, and they constitute the theoretical basis of it.

    In order to provide a theoretical basis for discipline construction and safety management practice, fundamentals of previous safety science were analyzed by using literature research and comprehensive analysis, expressions of fundamentals were obtained. The results show that safety science has three perspectives: accident prevention, risk management and comprehensive generalization. There are different expressions for basic subject issues, namely, basic term, research object, research purpose, research content, research method, subject attribute, research scope, basic axiom, subject definition and content boundary from each perspective. At present, in terms of inclusion ability of research content, overall logic, difficulty or practicability of understanding and completeness of basic theory, expression of fundamentals of discipline from perspective of accident prevention is the best. In the course of discipline construction and safety practice, it is necessary to choose discipline perspective, way of thinking and expression of discipline fundamentals according to actual needs.

    In order to improve safety management ability of safety engineering graduates at work, aiming at problem that there is a big gap between current curriculum setting and practical needs, idea of setting university education curriculum input was put forward by using professional output of safety engineering professionals in production. A comparative analysis of knowledge systems of safety management in the US, UK and Australia certified security professionals qualification examination was conducted. Combined with characteristics of safety supervision in China, safety management curriculum that including knowledge modules and knowledge points was constructed. The results show that this curriculum integrates the theoretical basis of safety supervision system, management function and risk management in the way of knowledge module, and colleges and universities can choose to offer relevant courses in the way of whole curriculum system or combination of modules according to characteristics of school, so as to avoid the problem of repetition and crossover of contents among courses.

    In order to improve quality of safety personnel training in energy industry, present situation of safety talents training in Universities with characteristics in energy industry was summarized, influencing factors of safety talents training in energy industry were analyzed, and taking China University of Mining and Technology (Beijing) as an example, OBE was used to construct training mode of safety talents. The results show that influencing factors of safety talents training in universities with energy industry characteristics include four categories: national macro policy factors, industry development factors, social demand factors and endogenous motivation factors of universities.In the evaluation of teaching effect, government, schools, enterprises and associations should be promoted to jointly carry out the two-dimension evaluation of teaching effect, including theory and practice.

    In order to break limitations of relationship analysis between safety management, risk management and emergency management, and to give full play to management effectiveness of them based on perspective of Macro-security, literature review method, speculative method and comparative analysis method were used to sort out management connotation and development course of them. Internal relationship was analyzed from five aspects such as research field, theoretical paradigm, responsible subject, management stage and system development evolution. The results show that safety management, risk management and emergency management research fields overlap and respectively focus on accidents, risks and emergencies. Theoretical paradigms are blended, and management basis is interoperable among them. Responsible subjects are the same, and all emphasize participation of all members. There are differences in management stages and focus. Development process of management system is different.

    In order to improve quality of talent training of safety engineering under background of professional certification, based on analysis of basic elements of talent training system and its function relations, following the core concept of professional certification, talent training system of safety ngineering was constructed and implemented from aspects of training objectives, graduation requirements, urriculum system, teachers, teaching quality control and management. And talent training system was constructed and implemented. At the same time, continuous improvement mechanism of talent training system was established through three cycles, such as inner-course, inner-school and outer-school. The research shows that training objectives and graduation requirements are overall design of "who to train". Is curriculum system an important link to solve problem of "how to train people". Construction of teaching staff, establishment of teaching quality control and management mechanism, and guidance of students' academic and career planning are means to achieve expected output. Talent training system can be continuously improved through closed-loop mode of inner-course circle, inner-school circle and outer-school circle.

    In order to cultivate innovative safety talents who possess strong engineering practice capabilities and could meet practical needs of cross-cultural communication, following the goal of "Three Lows and One New" first-class discipline construction and "World- First-class" professional development position, a “Five-in-One” talent training model was proposed, which integrates ideological and political education through whole process, elitism of training goals, advanced course content, independence of experimental research and creation, and international practice training. And a new system for training first-class safety talents in the whole chain was constructed through the "Three-wide education", including seminar-style courses, open and independent experiments, and practice at home and abroad. The results show that outstanding achievements have been made in college students' innovation training, Challenge Cup, Internet + and other projects and awards. The system can help expand teaching resources, develop national excellent courses, and generate teaching practice training bases and national planning textbooks.

    In order to establish a discipline system of SCP, and to improve scientificity and applicability of research on SC and SP, possibility and necessity of establishing SCP were demonstrated in view of discipline construction. Then, definition of SCP was proposed based on that of SC and SP. Finally, connotation, research object, disciplinary foundation and research content of SCP were analyzed. The results show that SCP is a new research strategy or paradigm of SC and SP, and studies on it can enhance scientificity, aboriginality, compatibility and applicability of SC and SP.

    In order to achieve goal of first-class discipline promoting first-class specialty and first-class specialty feeding back first-class discipline, "discipline + specialty" double driving multiple talent training system was constructed. Firstly, problems in curriculum system, personnel training mechanism and teaching mode of safety engineering specialty construction in China were analyzed,combined with requirements of "double first class" construction, coordinated development mechanism of "discipline + specialty" of safety engineering was established. Then, based on platform and teachers sharing and knowledge system complementary, integration mechanism of "discipline + specialty" was established by constructing a multi-disciplinary traction "safety +" modular curriculum system. Further, the four in one cycle teaching mode was constructed based on the student-centered basic teaching concept. Finally, research method was implemented and verified by taking Shandong University of science and technology as an example. The research results show that under dual drive of "discipline + specialty", construction of a multi-personnel training system for safety engineering can enhance students' innovation ability and improve teachers' teaching level.

    In order to alleviate talent shortage in safety emergency and occupational health, a model for integrated construction of safety science and engineering majors in colleges and universities was studied. Through analysis on development status of three majors, safety engineering, emergency technology and management, and occupational health engineering, advantages and disadvantages of independent construction and integrated construction were discussed. Then, a new model of "three specialties in one" integrated construction was developed, of which training plan reform served as driving force, optimization of curriculum system as focus, integration of faculties as basis and teaching practice orientation as direction. The results show that this model can continuously cultivate "proficient and comprehensive" talents with professional"foundation + core + characteristics" capabilities across the country by optimizing"2+4+4" curriculum system, compound faculty, and innovative teaching practice framework, and fundamentally improve academic construction level of safety science and engineering majors in domestic universities.

    In order to establish a systematic discipline system to support development of emergency personnel, an emergency science and engineering discipline system with characteristics of a comprehensive discipline was proposed. By using systematic analysis and other methods, historical origin of emergency management education in China was traced, background of modern emergency management education was studied and its development course and experience and lessons in dealing with emergencies were summarized. Then, conception and development prospect of emergency science and engineering discipline system were put forward. The results show that the system mainly includes branches of emergency science, emergency technology, emergency engineering, emergency industry, emergency management and emergency culture, and its future development could add concepts, knowledge and methods of disaster medicine and intelligent emergency response. Moreover, construction of this system can promote transformation and upgrade of emergency management education.

    In order to cope with challenges of safety engineering talent training in the construction of new engineering, focuses on connotation of new engineering and talent training needs, based on the full understanding of current professional curriculum construction and deficiencies in teaching. Combined with concept of OBE (Outcomes-based Education), curriculum system of safety engineering was designed. Course was constructed based on ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate) model, combine flipped classroom and other model of instruction. Teaching model was constructed from aspects of curriculum elements, curriculum knowledge system, teaching methods and teaching evaluation, path and result of course construction were showed by taking course of safety production laws and regulations as an example. The results show that training of future-oriented outstanding and innovative talents are direction and requirement of talent training under background of new engineering, and that integration of curriculum and ideological, innovative teaching process and diversified teaching evaluation methods are important parts of curriculum reform.

    In order to address higher level challenges for safety engineering talents posed by"six excellence and one top-notch" 2.0 plan, firstly, current situation of talent cultivation in safety engineering was analyzed. Then according to its existing problems, suggestions to improve it were put forward from four aspects, including optimizing teaching curriculum system, reforming relationship between teachers and students, integrating various kinds of innovative education, emphasizing teaching quality evaluation. Then, with talent cultivation in safety engineering major of Zhengzhou University as an example, revision and improvement of "six excellence and one top-notch" talent training program in safety engineering were studied. At the same time, examples were given to present cultivation of students' comprehensive practical abilities and innovation. The results show that the revised training program increases proportion of practical teaching, and strengthens cultivation of students' practical engineering skills, innovation and international vision, etc., which can meet requirements of talent cultivation in safety engineering major under background of "six excellence and one top-notch".

    In order to research safety-related psychological phenomena and behavioral activities objectively at the neural level,firstly, definition of neuro-safety science was clearly proposed and conceptual connotation was discussed. Then, construction background of neuro-safety science was analyzed from needs of social development and discipline development. Finally, foundation for construction of neuro-safety science was thoroughly demonstrated from three aspects of theory, application and technology. The research result shows that neuro-safety science as a new interdisciplinary of safety science and neuroscience, construction of neurosafety has sufficient background and solid foundation, it is necessary and feasible to build neurosafety.

    In order to study academic evolution and development frontier of safety science from a perspective of influential scholars, with the renowned Safety Science as data source, highly cited authors were detected and analyzed. Based on the 4 074 articles and reviews published in Safety Science and indexed in Web of Science from 1991 to 2020, authors co-citation and knowledge map methods were applied for data analysis, and then VOSviewer software was used to analyze evolution characteristics of influential authors. The results show that REASON J, HOLLNAGEL E, HALE AR, ZOHAR D, RASMUSSEN J, DEKKER S and LEVESON N etc, rank as researchers of significant influence in safety science in the past 30 years, and these high cited authors have formed three core intellectual bases, including 'safety culture and safety climate', 'safety systems and accident modeling', and 'safety and risk management', and also three small groups, including 'safety evacuation', 'traffic safety' and 'slip and fall'. With the continuous development of safety science, structure of its intellectual base become more and more stable. During evolution process, researches on 'slip and fall' is declined, while 'safety evacuation' become an emerging hot research field.

    In order to explore reform paths of high-level talent training mode of safety engineering specialty with OBE concept and promote matching of safety engineering specialty education with technological and industrial reforms in the new era, existing situation of safety engineering undergraduate course talent training was analyzed, student-centered, outcome-based and continuous-improving thoughts for high-level talent training were stated, logical relationships among training objectives, graduation requirements, curriculum system, teaching activities and achievement evaluation were established and new high-level talent training mode with mine safety characteristics for safety engineering was proposed. The results show that OBE concept plays an important guiding role in construction and teaching reform of safety engineering specialty, and talent training mode of safety engineering with OBE concept is helpful to guarantee and improve high training quality and enhance international recognition and influence of safety engineering specialty.

    In order to get with domestic chemical safety development situation and solve shortage of chemical safety professionals,an innovative training system for chemical safety engineering talents based on Internet plus application was constructed. Firstly, current situation and problems of chemical safety engineering personnel training was deeply analyzed by using network big data plus artificial intelligence technology. Then, through perfecting training plan, curriculum system was reconstructed, Internet plus teaching reform was carried out, a multi one practical innovation capability training mechanism was created and construction of Internet plus chemical double qualified and multi teacher team was strengthened. Finally, a new mode of training chemical safety talents was put forward. The results show that relocating training objectives of chemical safety, and evaluating quality in all directions contribute to cultivation of Internet plus chemical safety application innovative talents and improving curriculum system, carrying out teaching reform and building teaching staff are important parts of construction of training mode.

    In order to solve problem of students'lack of knowledge from basic disciplines in safety management field, supporting roles of basic disciplines such as management, organizational behavior, psychology and other basic disciplines to Safety Management were analyzed. Establishment of safety scientific research institutions abroad and sources of research results on safety management at home and abroad were studied. Correlation between basic disciplines knowledge and safety management knowledge was verified, and training mode of safety management students was put forward. The results show that by training mode of learning elective course or applying for secondary degree, knowledge of management, organizational behavior, psychology and other disciplines can be obtained by undergraduate students. Adopting specified course and attending seminars on basic disciplines in postgraduate training are helpful for students to deeply study basic disciplines knowledge closely related to their research direction.

    In order to cultivate innovative and interdisciplinary talents in the field of safety engineer, and make discipline development in line with international future development trend, similarities and differences in connotation of safety science and engineering in China and Japan were explored, differences between China and Japan in aspects of training objectives, training mode, specialty characteristics, specialty structure and curriculum system were discussed. Impact of discipline differences between China and Japan was analyzed. Combined with needs of different fields and levels in current society, development direction of discipline should be clarified. The research results shows that safety engineer of China is closely related to different field. Japan's safety engineering has obvious advantages in interdisciplinary, but degree of interdisciplinary between safety engineering and artificial intelligence is low. Interactive training mode between school and society in Japan enables talents to solve practical problems to a certain extent.

    In order to promote training cultivation model of safety engineering talents with industry characteristics which is in line with national concept of innovation and entrepreneurship education, goal of innovation and entrepreneurship education and requirements for reform of professional teaching mode were established. Based on analysis of existing problems in curriculum system of maritime characteristic safety engineering specialty, a new talent training model suitable for marine characteristic safety engineering under concept of innovation and entrepreneurship education was constructed from aspects of training program, course construction, control mechanism, information feedback and quality evaluation. A new talent training mode suitable for marine safety engineering specialty under concept of innovation and entrepreneurship was constructed, and to evaluate the quality of the mass innovation activities between teachers and students compared with the traditional training mode. And compared with traditional training model of teachers and students' innovation activity quality evaluation. The results show that concept of talent training for innovation and entrepreneurship education conforms to internal requirements of construction of characteristic disciplines in the new era. Improved training mode of maritime safety engineering meets the needs of current industry and conforms to future development of society.

    In order to quantitatively evaluate training quality of undergraduates majoring in safety engineering, relying on opportunity of construction of engineering professional education certification, basic process for evaluation of achievement of graduation requirements was formulated, and support relationship of each node was given. Combined with actual course cases, basic operation process of four steps in evaluation of graduation requirements achievement, namely, weighting value, confirming rationality of evaluation basis, evaluation of course achievement and calculating evaluation result of graduation requirement achievement was expounded, and effect of graduation requirement achievement was verified based on employment data and social evaluation from China University of Mining and Technology-Beijing. The results show that evaluation of graduation requirements achievement can quantitatively evaluate training quality of undergraduates, speed up discovery of shortcomings in student abilities, promote teaching reform and improve quality of student training.

    In order to study research status, evolution and hotspots of safety culturology in China, 323 papers collected by CNKI from 2010 to 2019 were selected as sample data, and knowledge map was drawn by using CiteSpace software. Then, bibliometric method was adopted to analyze number of publications, journal sources, main authors, research institutions, and knowledge evolution, and also hot issues were explored. The results show that number of papers published in field of safety culturology has been in a dynamic trend. In terms of knowledge evolution, research on it has gone through three stages of expanding from safety culturology of coal mining enterprises to various industries in the past ten years, and research methods are more targeted. Based on current situation of emergency management system and capacity building, theoretical application scope of safety culturology and related disciplines will be further extended, and research method combining quantitative analysis and social science theory will become an important direction for future research.

    In order to effectively reduce unsafe behavior in university laboratory. Firstly, FBN model of unsafe behaviors in university laboratories was constructed by using HFACS model, Bayesian network method, expert assessment and triangular fuzzy number probability estimation methods. Then, main influencing factors of unsafe behavior in university laboratory were determined by model reasoning analysis. The results show that there are many risk factors for unsafe behaviors in university laboratories, including 24 risk factors at five levels: external influence, organizational influence, unsafe supervision, preconditions for unsafe behaviors and unsafe behaviors. As a result, unacceptable probability of unsafe behavior is as high as 86 percent. Among 24 risk factors, sensitivity value of poor organizational climate is 24.1%, which has the greatest impact on unsafe behavior. The most fundamental factor leading to unsafe behavior is inadequate legislation, which in turn passes to unacceptable external factors and unsafe supervision, forming the most likely causal chain.

    In order to do a good job of mental health education for university students under COVID-19 epidemic,DASS-21 scale was applied to measure undergraduates'mental health status. An internet-based questionnaire was taken by 6 157 undergraduates to measure their mental health status. The results show that there are some symptoms of stress, anxiety and depression in university students. University students whose family economic status is poor and whose family economic status is affected by COVID-19 epidemic have obvious symptoms of anxiety and depression. Stress, anxiety and depression symptoms are most severe among students with severe physical and mental illness.

    In order to gain insight into formation mechanism of university teachers' misbehavior caused by occupational stress, JD-R model was tailored to explore this subject. Firstly, job demands, job resources, impaired factors and motivational factors of misbehavior were identified, and hypothetical relationships between them were proposed, based on which a JD-R model for university teachers’ misbehavior caused by occupational stress was developed. Then, through literature searching, selection and coding, a total of 125 studies in English and Chinese were collected, including 79,310 samples of university teachers. Finally, the model was quantitatively verified by using meta-analysis. The results show that the proposed JD-R model was created with elements of job demands, job resources, impaired factors and motivational factors, respectively containing 5, 6, 2 and 4 variables, and relationships between these factors are significant. University teachers’ misbehavior is caused in the dual psychological processes of job demands and job resources through impaired and motivational factors.

    In order to construct system of safety psychology methodology and perfect theoretical system of safety psychology, definition of safety psychology methodology was proposed based on definition of safety psychology. Different research approaches were divided according to research purpose and study objects. On the basis of ideological principles of dialectical materialism and historical materialism, four research principles, such as objective and systematic, group-study and individual-study, qualitative-study and quantitative-study, theoretical-study and applied-study, and six research methods, such as case method, psychological measurement method, psychological statistics method, experimental method, comparative method and related disciplines method, were put forward and analyzed. Meanwhile, paradigm of safety psychology methodology was constructed. The results show that research paradigm of safety psychology methodology is based on phenomenon of safety psychology, to find out problems of safety psychology, to put forward hypothesis of safety psychology, to excavate leading factors of safety psychology and to determine law of safety psychology. Principles, approaches, methods and procedures of safety psychology constitute theoretical system of safety psychology methodology.
